Inventory Management & Costing
Oversee end-to-end inventory management processes, including tracking, stock valuation, and reconciliation.
Manage raw material and finished goods inventory flow in our ERP system.
Develop and implement inventory controls to minimize waste and ensure accuracy.
Analyze and report on inventory performance metrics, including stock levels, turnover rates, and aging.
Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to forecast inventory needs and plan procurement.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting.
Manage monthly GST workings and filings.
Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance.
Reconcile vendor ledgers and follow up on payments.
Manage bank reconciliations.
Audit & Compliance
Assist with internal and external audits.
Support fixed asset and Transfer Pricing audits.




Ensure statutory compliance with GST audits, income tax, and labor laws.
Perform periodic reviews of books and reconciliations.
ERP, Banking & US Entity Support
Work on ERP/inventory system (preferably Oracle or SAP) integration and reconciliation.
Manage US finance operations, including bookkeeping and CPA liaison.
Handle ODI fund transfers and corporate credit cards.

5+ years of relevant work experience.

- BCom, MCom, BBA, MBA in Finance, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management and costing principles. Proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
- Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP software.
- Experience with GST, TDS, and audit compliance.
- Exposure to both Indian and US finance operations is a plus.
- CA qualification would be an added advantage
