Job Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 18 months of experience in International Voice Process.
- Excellent English communication skills and fluency.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work from the Hafeezpet office.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries,



complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain call quality and meet defined performance metrics.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.
