JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for premier International BPO processes in Jaipur. As a Customer Care Representative, you will interact with global customers to resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver world-class service through International Voice Process, Live Chat Support, and Email processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle incoming customer inquiries across International Voice, Chat, and Email channels professionally.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot technical/service issues,



and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, quality scores, and First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Communicate effectively with international clients using fluent English communication skills.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines efficiently.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent English Communication Skills (Spoken & Written).
- Good listening, comprehension, and customer care / problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy & typing speed (30+ WPM preferred for Chat/Email Non-Voice roles).
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (5.5-day work week with rotational offs).
- Openness to relocate to and work from office in Jaipur.
