Role: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Location: Indore (Work From Office)

Shifts: Rotational, mostly night shifts, with rotational week-offs (5 working days a week)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues clearly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate unresolved issues to the right team or supervisor
- Record call details, customer information, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
- Meet daily and monthly targets for quality scores, call handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Follow company policies, scripts, and process guidelines on every call
- Maintain a polite, patient, and positive tone, even with upset customers
- Work in rotational night shifts and adapt to different time zones





Skills Required Must-have:

- Minimum 1 year of documented experience in an International Voice Process
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Willingness to work rotational/night shifts and from the office

Other practical skills:

- Active listening and clear articulation, with a neutral accent
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making
- Basic computer knowledge and a positive typing speed.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle pressure
- Customer-first attitude and valuable time management

Eligibility
- Undergraduates are welcome
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Walk-in and virtual interviews available

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
