Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month

About MilkCrop

MilkCrop delivers fresh buffalo milk, cow milk, low-fat milk and Gir cow milk to homes across Hyderabad. We are growing fast and need a strong customer-facing team.

What you will do

- Talk to customers on WhatsApp and phone about our products and prices
- Convert enquiries into new daily milk subscriptions
- Collect customer details (name, address, Google Maps pin) and set up deliveries
- Handle complaints about late, missed or wrong deliveries politely and quickly
- Follow up with customers on payments and renewals
- Coordinate with the delivery team so orders reach customers on time
- Keep customer records and order details accurate every day

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree (any stream) is mandatory




- Passed out between 2023 and 2026

Requirements

- Fluent spoken and written English, Hindi and Telugu
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support, sales or tele-calling (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Good typing skills and clear, error-free messages
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone and basic Excel or Google Sheets
- Polite, patient and confident with customers
- Able to work from the Banjara Hills office
- Able to join within 5 days
