Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Male candidates only.
- Prior customer service experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required (V4/V5).
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally over calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice and email channels.
- Provide accurate information and prompt resolutions.
- Assist customers with service-related concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
