Make outbound calls to customers to understand their experience with ElectroMech products and services.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to collect feedback and assess satisfaction levels.

- Maintain effective communication with customers and address their queries, concerns, and service-related requests.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Service, and Customer Support, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

- Maintain accurate customer interaction records, feedback, and follow-up status in the CRM system.

- Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with the concerned teams for improvement.

- Support customer engagement initiatives, satisfaction surveys, and customer relationship-building activities.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of customer queries.

- Prepare customer feedback reports and maintain relevant MIS.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.
