Bangalore & Hyderabad: Based on the requirement - Shift Timings

(In case of night shifts, cab facility will be provided)

- Experience into Inbound voice process and prior experience in voice process for international clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Handle inbound customer queries related to international banking products and services




- Provide accurate, prompt, and empathetic customer support
- Achieve first-contact resolution (FCR) across customer interactions
- Identify and recommend value-added banking products based on customer needs
- Adhere to banking regulations, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain detailed and accurate interaction documentation
- Meet assigned individual KPIs, productivity, and sales targets
- Handle escalations professionally and resolve conflicts effectively
