RJ Tattoos Studio is looking for a confident, energetic and well-spoken Customer Relationship Executive who enjoys interacting with people and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with customers and understand their tattoo ideas, preferences and requirements.
- Understand customer expectations, tattoo designs, size, placement and budget.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Coordinate with tattoo artists and help customers with their queries.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Confident personality with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and interact professionally.
- Prior experience in customer relationship management, sales or hospitality will be an advantage.

Work Location: Koregaon Park, Pune Work Mode: Strictly Work From Office
