We are hiring customer-focused professionals for its VZ/VM chat process. In this role, you will assist customers through chat, resolve their queries and recommend suitable products and services (upselling), while delivering an excellent customer experience in a 24x7 setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries over chat quickly, clearly and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant products or services (upselling).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Meet targets for customer satisfaction, quality and sales.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: HSC / Graduate.
- Experience:



Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 39 years.
- Good written communication skills in English, with comfortable typing speed.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts.
