Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with potential customers regarding projects, site visits, and bookings.
- Explain company projects, property details, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients to convert leads into sales.




- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Prepare daily calling reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate / PUC preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer support.
- Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
