Job Title: Customer Service Associate - Domestic Voice Process

We are hiring dynamic Customer Service Associates for our domestic e-commerce voice process in Indore. This is a full-time, work-from-office role focused on high-quality inbound and outbound customer support, service resolution, and performance excellence.

Salary Structure

- ₹21,000 to ₹23,000 CTC per month (Depending on experience and eligibility)
- Additional Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹2,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Candidates must meet at least ONE of the following criteria:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service Voice or Blended operations.
- MBA Freshers.
- Minimum 6 months of documented Sales or Tele-sales experience.

- Experience in Sales, Insurance, Seller Support, or similar customer-facing sales roles is highly valued.




- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally as per process guidelines.
- Understand customer queries accurately and provide comprehensive support.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned individual performance and quality targets.

Working Details
- Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
- Shift Structure: 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour break) within a 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM operational window.
- Work Mode: On-site / Work from Office.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
