Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Achieve quality, CSAT, and productivity targets.
- Follow process and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Typing speed of 20–25 WPM.
- Must clear Versant / SVAR assessment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
