About the Role

Today, support is ticket-based and each person owns one step, so customers keep repeating their story. We’re moving to a city-based model where one owner follows the customer from first message to pickup. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you’ll work remotely and be assigned a SharePal city to own, building real relationships with its customers, not just closing tickets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

? Own the customer journey, first message to order completion

- Handle all tickets and calls from the customers in your assigned city across verification, delivery and order completion
- Resolve order issues as they happen
- Take sales calls for your assigned city

? Coordinate with every team

- Work closely with your assigned city’s warehouse team and all central teams to resolve issues quickly
- Learn the rental process end to end

? Build the relationship





- Know each case so customers never have to retell their story
- Stay in touch with customers, especially when something goes wrong

? Escalation, feedback & fixes

- Act as the escalation point for your city group
- Take recurring customer issues to the teams that can fix them

What We’re Looking For

- Genuine interest in building meaningful, long-term customer relationships
- Confident communication with customers on calls and tickets, in Hindi and English
- Ability to connect with customers and internal teams to get things moving
- A calm, kind approach and the ownership to see a case through from start to finish
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote calls
- Have completed their graduation .
