Job Responsibilities

- Understand clients' requirements, preferences and expectations.

- Suggest suitable bride and groom (Patro-Patri) profiles based on clients' preferences.
- Assist clients in finding compatible matrimonial matches.
- Coordinate with clients and provide regular follow-ups.
- Maintain robust client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Update client information and maintain profile records.
- Guide clients throughout the matchmaking process.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
