MockitX is looking for an intelligent, confident and friendly Customer Relationship Executive who can communicate with potential customers and help them understand our mock interview preparation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with potential customers through phone calls and explain MockitX services.
2. Conduct one-to-one Google Meet sessions to resolve customer doubts and explain our mock interview programs.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
4. Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
5. Conduct additional Google Meet sessions whenever required.
6. Help potential customers make informed decisions about enrolling in our programs.
7. Maintain lead information and follow-up records.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.




- Confident and intelligent personality.
- Good understanding and problem-solving ability.
- Friendly, patient and convincing communication style.
- Basic knowledge of Google Meet, Google Sheets and smartphones.
- Ability to handle customer queries independently.

Eligibility:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Maximum 1 year of experience.
- Graduates or final-year students can apply.
- Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.

Compensation:

- Fixed salary: 4,000/month.
- Additional mobile recharge allowance.
