Customer Relationship Associate / Sales Associate

We are hiring for an automobile client. The candidate should provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels, resolving issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, negotiating and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, and social media.
2. Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and technical issues.
3. Prospect leads through relevant channels;
4. Qualify leads by levels of interest;
5. Coordinate lead gen campaigns with marketing and sales;
6. Research prospective customers to identify lead channels;
7. Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards, procedures, and guidelines.
8. Negotiating and closing sales.
9. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

1. Excellent Communication: Clear, concise, empathetic communication.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Product Knowledge: Ability to learn products/services quickly.
4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with helpdesk software, CRM systems.
5. Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple customer interactions.
6. Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable in a quick-paced environment.
7. Positive Attitude: Patient, friendly, and customer-focused

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific products/services.
2. Language Skills: English / Hindi
