Must genuinely enjoy talking to people and building relationships with customers. Be kind, humble, polite and patient while communicating with customers. Understand customers preferences, requirements and expectations quickly. Make every customer feel valued, heard and appreciated. 2.

- Problem Solving Take complete responsibility for customer queries and concerns. Resolve customer issues within 2448 hours. Take immediate and proactive action instead of waiting for someone to follow up. Ensure customers receive timely updates until their issues are resolved.
- Sales &
- Marketing Skills Have positive communication and selling skills. Understand how to sell sarees and recommend complementary products naturally. Suggest suitable sarees, blouse pieces, dupattas and other products based on customer preferences. Know how to convert enquiries into sales without being pushy or forcing customers to purchase. Follow up with potential customers professionally. 4.

Understanding Customer Needs

Be a good listener and understand what the customer is looking for. Quickly identify customer preferences,



budgets and expectations. Recommend the right products according to their requirements. Build long-term relationships rather than focusing only on one-time sales. 5.

Record

Keeping &

- Organisation Maintain proper customer records, enquiry details and follow-up lists. Keep track of orders, pending queries and customer requirements. Ensure all records are updated accurately and on time. Never miss important customer follow-ups.
- Responsibility &
- Time Management Be highly responsible and accountable for assigned work. Complete tasks within the given deadlines. Take ownership of responsibilities without constant reminders. Be proactive, organised and quick in taking decisions and action. Keep the management updated about important customer matters.
