Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Voice Process
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month
We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide information about products and services.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Maintain skilled customer communication.
- Assist with sales activities when required.
Requirements
* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Age: 18–30 years.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service skills.
