Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Jolly Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, follow-up calls, complaints, and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding sales and services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain customer records and update data.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely responses.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
