1. Responsible for issuing and receiving linen to/from laundry and maintaining accurate records.
2. Verify & keep an account of the linen packs available at the department.
3. Coordinate with the scrub nurse for the washing of the instruments and scrutinizing the instruments for damage or need for maintenance.
4. Ensure sterility of all packs and instruments and keeping records of all indicator testing and putting expiry date on packs.
5. In case of failure of sterility test proper recall record and procedure is followed.
6. Ensure that the ultrasonic cleaner machine is cleaned every three hours by the cleaning solution.
7. Verification & ensuring that all the instruments cleaned by using ETO (Ethylene Tri Oxide) are well sterilized & accurately labeled.
8.



Ensure that the temperature & humidity in the sterile area is maintained as per the norms and the details of the same are documented in the records.
9. Ensure that CSSD is fumigated as per the schedule.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
