Maiya Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a skilled and responsible CT & X-Ray Technician to join our Radiology Department.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans and conventional X-ray examinations as per authorised requests.
- Prepare patients and explain imaging procedures.
- Position patients appropriately to obtain quality diagnostic images.
- Operate CT and X-ray equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow radiation safety protocols and patient protection measures.
- Maintain imaging records and examination logs.
- Coordinate with radiologists and other medical professionals.
- Ensure equipment cleanliness, readiness and proper functioning.
- Follow infection prevention and hospital safety protocols.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Radiology and Imaging Technology or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Experience in both CT Scan and X-ray procedures preferred.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and imaging protocols.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Relevant registration/licensing wherever applicable.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with hands-on experience in CT and conventional X-ray.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply, subject to competency requirements.
