Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRM)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries, complaints and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders, production and dispatch.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and CRM reports.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Handling.
- Experience in any manufacturing industry is compulsory.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
