Job Summary The Credit Manager is responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing financial risks, verifying customer eligibility, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies. The role includes managing the credit approval process for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans (LAP), secured products while maintaining portfolio quality and minimizing risk.

Key Responsibilities • Review and analyze customer loan applications and financial documents.

- Evaluate eligibility based on income, repayment capacity, and property documents.
- Conduct credit risk assessment before loan approval.
- Verify customer profiles including CIBIL score, repayment history, and liabilities.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and lender guidelines.
- Monitor loan cases from login to disbursement stage.
- Maintain proper documentation and file quality as per audit standards.
- Identify risk factors and recommend approval or rejection accordingly.
- Support the sales team with credit-related guidance.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and clarifications.




- Maintain robust coordination with operations and legal teams.
- Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) is maintained for case processing.

Product Handling Experience

Required • Home Loan (HL) • Loan Against Property (LAP) • Mortgage Loan • Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Property Funding Eligibility Criteria• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred) • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Credit Department (Bank / NBFC / Finance Company preferred) • Experience in secured loan products mandatory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Loan file quality • Approval ratio • Portfolio risk control • TAT maintenance • Documentation accuracy • Coordination with lenders Additional Responsibilities • Maintain daily MIS of credit cases • Support management in risk decision-making • Assist in resolving technical and documentation issues • Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
