Any Degree (Graduation Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end credit operations for S-LAP/LAP cases.
- Conduct credit assessment and evaluation of loan proposals.
- Analyze customer financials, income documents, banking patterns, and repayment capacity.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, technical, and operations teams for timely loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio quality and maintain strong risk controls.




- Support branch business growth through efficient credit underwriting and decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of S-LAP/LAP/Home Loan credit processes.
- Good understanding of income assessment and property-backed lending.
- Ability to make sound credit decisions within defined turnaround times.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in NBFC/Banking/Home Finance industry preferred.
