Key Requirements:Should have experience as a credit Manager in Emerging Market in Home Loans & LAP.

Location: Aurangabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end credit assessment and approval for Micro Housing & LAP cases.

- Underwrite salaried and self-employed customer profiles, including high-value cases.

- Review and approve credit proposals, deviations, and disbursement requests as per policy guidelines.

- Ensure quality documentation, compliance, and adherence to LTV norms.

- Coordinate with FI, Legal, and Technical agencies for timely report completion.

- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, and support recovery initiatives.

- Lead and mentor the credit team, driving process efficiency and underwriting excellence.

- Develop, implement, and enhance credit policies and risk strategies aligned with local market requirements.

- Conduct thorough credit analysis, customer screening, and loan sanctioning to maintain portfolio quality.
