Position: Credit Manager Affordable LAP
Location: Madurai
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite and assess Affordable LAP cases.
- Evaluate income, banking, bureau, and property documents.
- Ensure credit policy compliance and risk assessment.
- Review legal, technical, and valuation reports.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations for timely approvals.
Requirements:
- 2-8 years of experience in Affordable LAP/Mortgage Credit.
- Strong knowledge of credit underwriting and risk assessment.
- Experience in file review, file audit, and branch audit.
- Valuable analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
