- Experience with LMS/CRM or loan-servicing platforms.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work with large datasets.

- Good understanding of loan repayment, DPD, outstanding, closure, NOC, and refund processes.

- Robust analytical and reconciliation skills.

- Good written and verbal English communication.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up until closure.

- Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned cases.
