- A senior team of Curator, Head of Operations and Centre Manager
- Budgets, governance and institutional policies
- Partnerships and fundraising with museums, foundations, embassies, universities and corporate partners
- The institution’s national and international profile, and its links with Bangalore’s arts community

- 8+ years in the arts and cultural sector, including leadership of an institution or a major programme
- A track record of residencies, exhibitions or international collaborations you’ve built, not just delivered
- Experience leading senior teams and managing significant budgets
- A robust network across Indian and international contemporary art
- A real understanding of, and empathy for, contemporary art, craft and interdisciplinary practice
