Crane Operator (Construction Site) Location: Bangalore Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate cranes safely for lifting, shifting and positioning construction materials and equipment.

- Handle lifting operations involving reinforcement steel, shuttering materials, scaffolding and heavy equipment.
- Coordinate with site engineers, riggers and signalmen for protected lifting operations.
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and maintain equipment checklists and logbooks.
- Ensure lifting operations comply with approved load capacities, lifting plans and site safety procedures.
- Monitor crane condition and report mechanical defects or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper use of lifting accessories, slings, hooks and safety devices.
- Follow all site safety regulations and instructions.

Requirements

- Valid crane operator licence/certification applicable to the equipment.
- Experience operating tower cranes or mobile cranes, as applicable.
- Knowledge of load charts, lifting procedures and safety standards.
- Physically fit, responsible and safety-conscious.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
