Are you organised, creative, proactive, and passionate about education and digital marketing? Farz Academy is looking for a dynamic professional who can manage academic course coordination while developing engaging social media content and strengthening our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Course Coordination & Management

- Coordinate day-to-day academic activities and course operations.
- Communicate with students, faculty members, and academic teams.
- Manage course schedules, live classes, webinars, and academic sessions.
- Handle student queries, enrolment coordination, and follow-ups.
- Maintain course records, student databases, attendance, and progress reports.
- Ensure smooth execution of online and offline academic programmes.
- Coordinate with faculty for study materials, assessments, mock tests, and other academic requirements.

2. Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain Farz Academy's social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop social media posts, captions, promotional creatives, reels, and campaign content.
- Prepare monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team.
- Monitor audience engagement, reach, and social media performance.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

3. Content Development & Marketing

- Research and develop academic and non-academic content.
- Write promotional content for courses, webinars, workshops,



and educational events.
- Create engaging blogs, articles, email campaigns, website content, and announcements.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns and student acquisition activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant experience will be preferred.
- Experience in course coordination, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media management tools.
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical education sector will be an added advantage.
