Educational Qualifications

- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Relevant counselling qualifications and experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with IVF or fertility counselling experience will receive first preference.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide emotional support and counselling to couples undergoing fertility assessments and IVF treatment.
- Explain IVF procedures, treatment stages, and related processes to patients in a clear and compassionate manner, in coordination with the medical team.
- Help couples manage emotional stress, anxiety, and concerns related to infertility and fertility treatment.
- Conduct individual and couple counselling sessions while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure smooth patient communication.




- Follow up with patients and address their non-medical concerns throughout the treatment journey.
- Maintain accurate counselling records and patient follow-up details.
- Support patient education, treatment adherence, and overall patient satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, patience, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in counselling, preferably in an IVF or fertility centre.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand couples' emotional needs and provide appropriate support.
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to join immediately.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000, based on experience and performance.
