We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Counsellor to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in counselling, with expertise in overseas education, admissions, student counseling, and education counseling.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide expert guidance and support to students on their educational pursuits.

- Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to promote student success.

- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to foster a supportive learning environment.

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and improvement.

- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.

- Maintain accurate records and reports of counseling sessions and student progress.





Job Requirements :

- Proven experience in counselling, with a focus on overseas education and admissions.

- Strong knowledge of student counseling and education counseling principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to scheduling and delivery.
