We are looking for a candidate who is positive in Project Control, - Cost Control / Planning

Experience- 0-5 years

Notice Period- Immediate - 1month.

Location - Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Support development and maintenance of project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and alignment with WBS.
- Assist in establishing the project cost baseline from approved estimates and budgets.
- Collect and validate cost information from engineering, procurement, construction and finance.
- Track actual costs, commitments, purchase orders, accruals and invoices.
- Assist in preparation of monthly cost reports and project cost dashboards.
- Maintain cost registers and supporting cost-control documentation.
- Support preparation of Estimate to Complete (ETC)



and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
- Assist in preparation and updating of project cash-flow forecasts.
- Track approved and pending project changes.
- Support reconciliation of project cost data with Finance/Accounting systems.
- Assist with engineering manhour and expenditure monitoring.
- Maintain data accuracy and timely reporting in project cost-control systems.
- Support project close-out and final cost reconciliation.
