Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to train and mentor students in developing essential interpersonal, communication, professional, and workplace skills. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for corporate environments, campus recruitment, interviews, group discussions, and overall personality development.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, strong interpersonal abilities, and the ability to engage students through interactive training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Communication Skills Training
- Train students in verbal and written English communication.
- Improve presentation skills, public speaking, and active listening.
- Conduct activities to enhance vocabulary, fluency, and confidence.
- Personality Development
- Conduct sessions on self-confidence, positive attitude, and self-awareness.
- Develop interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership qualities.
- Train students in professional etiquette and workplace behaviour.
- Corporate Readiness
- Prepare students for campus placement activities.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personal interview sessions.
- Train students in resume writing, email etiquette, and corporate communication.
- Familiarize students with corporate expectations and workplace culture.
- Employability Skills
- Deliver training on teamwork, problem-solving,



critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Develop time management, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills.
- Conduct experiential learning activities, role plays, and case studies.
- Training Delivery & Assessment
- Design structured training modules and session plans.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive classroom sessions.
- Assess student performance through activities, presentations, and evaluations.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the Training & Placement team and academic departments.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and student performance reports.
- Support placement drives, recruitment activities, and employability initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or any relevant discipline.
- Master's degree or relevant certification in Training, HR, Communication, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Certification in Train the Trainer (TTT), NLP, or other professional development programmes is desirable.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Soft Skills Training, Corporate Training, or Student Development.
- Experience in training undergraduate and postgraduate students is preferred.




- Exposure to campus placement training and employability skills development is an advantage.

Role Objective: To transform students into confident, articulate, professionally competent, and industry-ready graduates through structured soft skills and employability training. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹74,000.00 per month
