One O Sports makes custom cricket kits and team sportswear — jerseys, trousers, jackets and hoodies — for clubs and teams in India and abroad.

What you will do

- Design custom team jerseys, trousers, jackets and hoodies in CorelDRAW from the customer's brief, logo and colours.
- Turn the brief from our sales team into a first design, usually within the same working day.
- Make revisions quickly when the customer asks for changes — most of ours go back within an hour or two.
- Prepare front, back and sleeve mockups that customers approve on WhatsApp.
- Add team names, player names and numbers, and sponsor logos, cleanly and to size.
- Redraw (vectorise) customer logos that arrive as low-quality images.
- Make print-ready files for sublimation printing: correct colours, sizes and layouts, so production prints them without errors.

Keep every design and revision updated on our in-house design system, so sales can see where each order stands.

What we are looking for

Must have

- Strong, quick working knowledge of CorelDRAW: shapes,

curves, PowerClip, gradients, text and colour management.
- A portfolio of your own work. Jerseys, sportswear, t-shirts or other print designs are a big plus.
- An eye for colour, layout and sporty, modern styles.
- Speed and accuracy: many designs and revisions a day, with names, numbers and spellings right every time.
- Comfortable taking feedback and making changes the same day.
- Basic Hindi or Punjabi and English, to read briefs and talk with the sales team.

Good to have

- Experience with sublimation printing or garment printing files.
- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Experience making realistic garment mockups.
- Interest in cricket or team sports.
