Teleperformance is a global leader in digital business services. We are hiring Core Cash Application Professionals to join our International Finance Operations team at our Gurgaon campus. We have multiple openings for both Executive (12 years) and Senior Processor (25 years) levels.

CRITICAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (Please Read Before Applying):

- Core Experience Only: This is a specialized role requiring direct, hands-on experience in Cash Applications.
- NOT Eligible: Freshers are NOT eligible. Candidates with backgrounds exclusively in Accounts Payable (AP), AR Collections, or AR Billing will NOT be considered. Please save your time and do not apply if your core profile is not Cash Apps.
- Shifts: This role supports international clients. You must be 100% comfortable working in US / UK Shifts (including night shifts).
- Work Setup: This is a full time, 100% on-site role at our Gurgaon office for 5 days work setup.

Role Overview As part of the Accounts Receivable (AR) team within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, you will be responsible for matching money received from customers against outstanding invoices, recording payments in the ERP system, investigating differences, and maintaining accurate customer balances.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work For Associates (1.5-2 Years Experience):

- Payment Posting & Matching: Execute bank receipt reviews, validate remittance details, and match customer payments against open invoices.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Identify, research, and track payment variations, short payments, and overpayments. Apply payments according to internal policy and escalate remaining issues without performing unauthorized write-offs.
- Unapplied Cash Management: Track and investigate unresolved or unapplied cash balances by cross-referencing bank records, customer details, and open invoice balances.
- System Navigation: Locate customer accounts, review open items,



and enter/import receipts directly into Oracle ERP.
- Transactional Reconciliations: Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation to compare transactions with internal accounting records to flag duplication or errors.

For Senior Associates(2-5 Years Experience) In Addition to the Above:

- Bulk & Complex Allocations: Handle high-volume bulk payments, map complex allocations across multiple invoices, and manage foreign-currency payment exchange rules.
- Aged Balances & Exceptions: Prioritize and clear aged unapplied cash, and resolve interface, lockbox file, or interface errors within Oracle ERP.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on recurring payment discrepancies, pricing deductions, and missing remittance documentation.
- Month-End & Audit Controls: Process receipts within strict month-end cut-off requirements, reconcile bank-to-ERP balances, and maintain clear audit trails for reversals, refunds, or adjustments.
- Automation Inputs: Work closely with bank lockbox feeds and automated payment files (such as EDI 820) to support automated cash application rate targets.

Performance Benchmarks & Focus Areas (SLA / KPIs) Your performance will be measured against standard industry metrics, including:

- Cash application rate and Auto-match rate.
- Unapplied cash aging and Turnaround time (TAT).
- Processing accuracy and daily productivity.
