Working Days and Hours

Flexible, depending on the event, the client and the type of event. Candidates must be available for evenings, weekends and long event days when required.

Responsibilities

Prepare food for events, including starters, main course and desserts, as per the menu

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and while handling food

Manage food quantity and quality for different event sizes

Coordinate with the event team and helpers on timing and service

Keep the cooking area, utensils and equipment clean and organized

Requirements

Previous experience as a cook, in catering or events preferred

Knowledge of Bengali, North Indian and general event menus is a plus

Ability to work under pressure and with flexible timings

Punctual, honest and a team player

Freshers with good cooking skills may also apply
