About the Company: Savion Control System is a growing manufacturing and service company based in Pimpri, Pune. We design and build Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), automated assembly lines, Poka-Yoke systems, and custom electrical control panels. We are looking for a dedicated PLC Programmer with hands-on expertise in Delta and Siemens controls to drive our machine automation projects.
Key Responsibilities: Write, debug, and optimize PLC logic using Siemens TIA Portal and Delta (WPLSoft and ISPSoft for DVP series). Establish and troubleshoot Modbus communication between PLCs, HMIs, and supervisory systems (such as LabVIEW).
Map I/Os and integrate field devices, including Keyence IV4 camera vision systems, Selec XC1200 cycle counters, and various sensors.
Conduct shop-floor testing, panel wiring verification, and on-site commissioning of SPMs and assembly lines.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Core Expertise: Must have strong,
independent programming experience with both Siemens and Delta PLCs.
Software Proficiency: TIA Portal, WPLSoft, ISPSoft, and HMI design software.
Hardware Integration: Solid understanding of industrial networking, Modbus protocols, and integrating third-party components (vision cameras, scanners, counters).
Problem Solving: Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and independently troubleshoot control panels and logic errors during machine trials.
Education: B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
