Roles & Responsibilities Role Objective:

Perform month-end and quarter-end financial reporting activities for the global consolidation process through the Group Financial Reporting System (Hi-Tree Reporting).

- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely reporting of consolidated financial results.
- Prepare and analyze period-end financial reports and provide insights to management as required.
- Collaborate closely with the Hitachi Ltd. liaison team and global shared services teams to support reporting and closing activities.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting policies and controls.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Handle ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as assigned.
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak periods, including month-end close, with partial overlap with U.S. Pacific Time working hours...
