Responsibilities

- Build and own a single group-wide content calendar covering four websites and all social channels
- Define content pillars, tone of voice and messaging hierarchy for each of the four brands, within one group identity
- Convert business priorities - recent services, training batches, market entries - into planned content
- Run a weekly content review with the SEO Specialist, Graphic Designer and Social Media Executive

Must Have

- 3-6 years of content writing or content strategy experience in B2B, IT services, SaaS, ed-tech, or a marketing agency serving those sectors
- A portfolio of long-form work - blogs, case studies, website copy. Mandatory. Share links or PDFs with your application




- Excellent written English with the ability to explain technical subjects simply and accurately
- Practical SEO content writing skills: search intent, content structure, keyword placement, internal linking, meta copy
- Demonstrated ability to research an unfamiliar technical subject and write about it credibly
- Hands-on experience with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai or similar) combined with strong editing judgement
- Ability to manage multiple brands, audiences and deadlines simultaneously

Nice to have

- Exposure to SAP, ERP, IT services, ed-tech or logistics content
- Experience owning a social media calendar or briefing designers

- WordPress familiarity
- Hindi and/or Gujarati in addition to English
- Experience writing for both Indian and international (UAE/GCC, US) audiences
