CAP Unimedia is looking for a creative, energetic, and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Executive to develop engaging digital content and build a strong online presence for the company and its clients.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, creative storytelling, and digital trends, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas, reel concepts, scripts, and content strategies.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content, including Reels, Stories, posts, and YouTube content.
- Research trending topics, viral formats, and audience interests.
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and production teams.
- Organise and coordinate content shoots, interviews, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media posting, captions, hashtags, and publishing schedules.
- Monitor page performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and online visibility.
- Manage content activities for CAP Unimedia's own media channels and client projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent creative thinking, communication, and content ideation skills.
- Good writing and storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of Reels,



short-form videos, and digital content trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and analytics.
- Ability to plan, organise, and execute content consistently.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an advantage.

Candidates with experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing are preferred. Freshers with robust creative skills and a good understanding of social media may also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in managing Instagram or YouTube pages.
- Basic scripting and presentation skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement.
