Role Description The Consultant role at UXV Searcher is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The Consultant will analyze unmanned systems market data, interpret procurement signals, and prepare concise insights, reports, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

This role involves working closely with product and research teams to refine taxonomies, validate structured records, and support development of new analytical modules and custom research projects.



The Consultant will interact with clients to understand their business objectives, translate requirements into actionable research tasks, and contribute to the improvement of UXV Searcher’s data products and workflows. The position requires consistent collaboration, structured documentation, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex market, technical, and procurement data.
- Experience in consulting, market intelligence, or business analysis, ideally within aerospace, defense, robotics, or technology sectors.
- Comfort working with data tools and formats (spreadsheets, CSV exports, APIs, dashboards) and drawing evidence-based conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing clear reports, client presentations, and internal documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple assignments, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business, data science, international relations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with unmanned systems, defense markets, or industrial technology ecosystems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new tools and subject domains.
