Job Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments of patients with respiratory disorders, including but not limited to asthma, COPD, and interstitial lung diseases.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient needs, ensuring optimal management of pulmonary conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including respiratory therapists, nurses, and other specialists, to provide coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.
- Engage in clinical research initiatives and contribute to the advancement of pulmonary medicine through evidence-based practices.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding respiratory health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.




- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents, fostering a culture of learning and career development within the department.
- Provide strategic leadership for the pulmonology department, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of pulmonologists, nurses, and allied health professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and guidelines to enhance patient treatment pathways.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient management strategies and outcomes.
- Drive pulmonary research initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and academic excellence.
- Engage with external stakeholders and represent the pulmonology department in departmental meetings and conferences.
- familiar with NABH standards, protocols and documentation process.
