Role Overview iMerit is seeking experienced Neuroradiologists based in India to support a brain MRI annotation project with a leading global medical imaging company.

The project focuses on identifying and contouring brain metastases on contrast-enhanced T1-weighted MRI scans, ensuring accurate lesion segmentation and clinical annotation to support AI development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contour brain metastases on contrast-enhanced T1 MRI scans.
- Label enhancing tumour components and necrotic/non-enhancing cores for each lesion, following detailed project protocols.
- Identify and flag uncertain findings and participate in joint reviews of complex cases.




- Differentiate small metastatic lesions from blood vessels and other imaging findings.
- Provide feedback on annotation workflows and project protocols during the pilot phase.
- Maintain high standards of clinical accuracy and annotation quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- MD/DM/DNB in Radiology with a mandatory Fellowship / DM / DNB qualification in Neuroradiology , as applicable.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience post-qualification .
- Strong hands-on experience interpreting brain tumours and metastatic lesions on MRI.
- Familiarity with complex imaging presentations, including:
- Ring-enhancing lesions
- Cystic and haemorrhagic lesions
- Treated brain metastases
- Differentiating small metastases from blood vessels
- Prior experience with medical image contouring or segmentation software is an advantage. Full tool training will be provided.
- Reliable computer system and reliable internet connection.
