Work you’ll do

As a Team Member in our Assurance team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

You’ll

- Design and implement end-to-end CLM solutions based on business requirements
- Configure workflows, templates, clause libraries, approval processes, and integrations
- Customize CLM features such as document generation, contract workflows, and reporting
- Gather and analyze business requirements from legal, procurement, sales, and compliance teams
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Recommend best practices for CLM processes and automation
- Integrate CLM with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Collaborate with developers on API integrations and data migration
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after implementation




- Develop and execute test plans, UAT support, and validation
- Support deployment and release management activities
- Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines
- Provide end-user training and prepare test cases, test scripts, user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Support change management and adoption initiatives
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and leadership
- Participate in workshops, demos, and solution presentations

Qualifications

- BE, MBA, MCA ,CA ICI Certified/ Sirion Certified, Docusign /conga certified Proven experience in implementing and configuring CLM solutions, with a focus on documentation.
- Familiarity with CLM software platforms and technologies.
- Solid understanding of legal and contractual frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and documented training sessions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in optimizing CLM processes.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration processes, with documented experience.
- Familiarity with relevant industry tools, frameworks, and documentation standards.
