Looking For an energetic Project Manager - BE Civil with a Min of 5 years experience in Construction of Residential and Commercial Buildings - should have seen complete Project Cycle
Costing and Budgeting of Projects
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
Hire contractors via Tendering and evaluation and other team members and allocate responsibilities
Supervise works on time for timely and cost effective delivery
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Ensure adherence to all health, safety and quality standards
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
