Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution &
- Planning:

Review and approve technical drawings, blueprints, schedules, and project budgets.

- Site &

- Technical Leadership:

Serve as the main decision-making point of contact for site engineers, setting-out teams, and subcontractors.

- Quality &

- Compliance (QA/QC):

Oversee inspection test plans (ITPs), verify materials (such as rebar and concrete specs), and ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, general contractors, clients, and municipal authorities.

- Problem Solving &

- Cost Control:

Monitor progress, perform value engineering, handle field design changes, and mitigate construction obstacles.

- Mentorship: Guide and supervise junior and site engineers.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical depending on the sub-specialty).

- License/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent statutory certification preferred.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD, BIM coordination tools (such as Revit or Navisworks), and project management software (such as MS Project, Primavera, or Procore).

- Soft Skills: Robust analytical thinking, leadership, contract administration, and communication abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
