Roles and Responsibilities :

- Estimate modular construction and interior works costs and prepare detailed quotations for steel-based modular projects.

- Use AutoCAD and drafting software to create accurate shop drawings/blueprints and plans.

- Coordinate with site teams to ensure installation/fit-out timelines and cost adherence.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to finalize modular and interior specifications.

- Prepare and maintain cost estimates and quotation summaries using Excel.

- Review project scope and data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and quotation status for stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

- 6-7 years of experience in modular construction estimation, steel drafting, and interior works.

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.

- Positive understanding of modular building construction, interior installation/fit-out workflow, and site supervision.

- Hands-on Excel skills for costing and quotation preparation.

- Ability to deliver accurate and competitive quotations.
