Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning &
- Scheduling:

Develop comprehensive project plans, material takeoffs (MTOs), and master schedules using tools like ProjectManager, MS Project, or Primavera

- Budget &

- Cost Control:

Prepare cost estimates, manage project financial forecasts, track expenses, and prevent budget overruns.

- Procurement &

- Contracts:

Negotiate bids, select reliable subcontractors and vendors, and issue contracts or letters of intent.

- Regulatory &

- Safety Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, zoning laws, and national/regional safety standards (such as OSHA guidelines).

- Site Supervision &

- Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular site inspections, monitor work quality, and supervise field personnel, superintendents, and project engineers.

- Stakeholder Communication: Lead progress meetings, submit status reports, and resolve technical or logistical disputes promptly.

- Risk &

- Issue Management:

Anticipate project delays or resource shortages and implement proactive mitigation plans.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
